Huntingdon Valley, PA - JADE Corporation has added two new advanced 5-Axis CNC machining centers to supplement its extensive manufacturing capability.
Complex components being designed today require sophisticated advanced manufacturing techniques and tools to produce accurate, cost-effective products. A 5-Axis machining center is the tool of choice to: reduce set-up, eliminate multiple machine part transfer, produce sophisticated geometric shapes, create high tolerance features and differentiate a shop. The centers JADE has chosen are the Hurco MXU-40 and MAZAK VARIAXIS 500-5X.
