Jade Holdings, Inc Timeline:
- 1996 – Acquired all the assets of Jade Equipment Corp, a company specializing in the design, development, and manufacture of engineered machine parts, specialty tooling and production machines.
- 1997- Acquired all the assets of Schwab & Rieber Corp, a metal stamping operation which was consolidated into Jade Equipment Corp.
- 1997 – Acquired 43,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Southampton, PA to accommodate growth in the metal stamping business.
- 2000-Commenced re-tooling of Jade Equipment Corp with significant investments in CNC machine tools.
- 2005 – Acquired Johnson & Hoffman, LLC, providing quality stamping solutions to all industries specializing in electronic, automotive, and ordinance components.
- 2005 – Acquired Valley Precision, LLC, an industry leader in CNC milling and turning.
- 2005 – Commenced operation of Jade Precision Medical Components, LLC, the medical industry’s resource to precision CNC manufacturing and quality implants and components.
